I’ve only ever made ravioli before. Being the lazy brute that I am, tortellini have always seemed, like,¬†tortelli-ni too much work.

Knowing myself I would insist on making them uniformly pretty, and my whole day would be gone by the time I’d finished packing and folding them. Dinner long forgotten, but stomach screaming in gastric agony.

Aren’t they so adorbs, though.
